To reduce waste and unnecessary overproduction, every item is printed especially for you when you place your order. This means your order may take a little longer to arrive, but it helps reduce environmental impact and ensures you receive a freshly produced product.

We offer FREE shipping worldwide on all orders. There are no hidden shipping fees—what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.


Processing Time

Every item is made to order especially for you.

Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be printed, packed and prepared for shipment.

During busy periods (such as Christmas or other holidays), production times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Some smaller or lower-value items may be shipped without tracking depending on the destination.


Customs & Import Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by their country's customs authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already entered production or been shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping charge for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number along with photographs of the issue, and we'll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
